Kids Speak Out

The Kids Speak Out program is an Oratorical contest for elementary students through age 11. This year’s topic is “Optimism – A Way of Life.” The goal of this pre-Oratorical program is to provide a pool of oratorical contestants prepared for competition at the District and International levels.
